
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping within the USA:
-Standard shipping via the cheapest method possible for us is always free within the U.S.A.! This usually means USPS Ground (2-5 business days), but sometimes we upgrade it (at our discretion) to USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) if you order more than one unit per order. It depends on the size / weight of the products.
-Shipping upgrades are available.
-WE SHIP FAST. That's a good thing, however you need to know that if you order early on in the day, there's a good chance that your order is going out the same day. That means that if you need to cancel an order for any reason, you need to do it QUICKLY before you get notification that we shipped your order, otherwise you'll have to pay to ship it back to us if you don't want them. "Once it leaves, you pays".
International Shipping:
-International shipping is available, and it is unfortunately expensive for every country except Canada, but "it is what it is" as they say.

We do not ship to Argentina, or any other country with strict importing laws as far as these types of products are concerned (IE: China, etc). If there is any question, contact your local customs office and inquire about the import of "inert dummy rounds" before placing your order. Seriously, double check if there is any question.

ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MUST agree in writing to take responsibility for their shipment once it arrives in their destination country. No exceptions. This means that if your package gets "held up in customs" or "lost" in your destination country, we have no control over that, and therefore you are responsible for following up with customs or your local shipping courier to try and track down the package (a tracking ID is always provided). If you cannot get the package released to you, then you lose the cost of the item and the original shipping cost. If the item gets sent back to us, as long as we don't charged for the return shipping, then its possible that you could be reimbursed for the cost of the item(s) as long as we receive them and they aren't damaged, but not the original shipping cost (because we don't get that money back). These types of problems are rare, but they do occasionally happen, so if this sounds like something you don't want to potentially deal with or be financially responsible for, then please don't place your order. You can proactively reach out to us first to very clearly agree to these terms, or we will reach out to you once your order is placed. Either way, the questionable nature of shipping internationally to different country's where firearms laws don't match our own is inherently risky unless you know for a fact that your country will allow these types of items to be imported without issue.
Non-Delivery & Shipping Claims:
B-Unique Enterprises, Inc. provides tracking information for all shipments via email once an order has been processed. It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor the progress of their shipment. Any claims for non-delivery, lost packages, or shipping errors must be reported to B-Unique Enterprises, Inc. in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date. Claims made after this 30-day window are considered finalized; we are unable to provide refunds, replacements, or initiate carrier investigations for claims exceeding this period.
Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if the tracking has stopped updating, you must notify us within 30 days of the ship date. Although these situations typical resolve on their own after a few additional days, after 30 days, carrier data is often archived or recycled, and we can no longer file a claim on your behalf. Orders older than 30 days are ineligible for "non-delivery" refunds or replacements.
B-Unique Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for "porch piracy" or the theft of packages once they have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Our liability ends when the carrier's tracking system confirms the package has been successfully dropped at the shipping address provided.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:
Verify the Address: Double-check your order confirmation for typos.
Check with Neighbors: Many "stolen" packages were simply left at a side door or a neighbor's house.
Contact the Carrier: Ask for the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan to ensure it was left at the correct property.
File a Police Report: If you suspect theft, you must file a report with your local precinct. We do not issue refunds for stolen property, but your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance may offer coverage.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our products in a way that you may not be used to. If you have any issues with our products, we want to know about it, preferably before you say something like:
"Grrrr! Curse that 'B'! I want my money back!".
Give us a chance to help first before you get all saucy and upset. Most issues that customers come across are due to user error / inexperience (IE: "Riding the slide", racking too soft, etc) and can be resolved with a quick email or call. We respond fast, don't worry. Sometimes, rarely, we'll need to make a special set for you to get around a picky firearm, but no matter what we'll always work hard to get to the bottom of every issue. See our FAQ, where the most common (actually uncommon) issues are addressed in detail, and if you are still having a problem, just let us know and we'll be on it like stink on a seriously stinky monkey.
Return Policy
-30 days, full money back minus return shipping unless its our fault. If you "just don't want them", that return shipping cost is on you.
-No, you may not receive your order, and then proceed to steal one or two caps and return the rest and assume you are going to get a full refund. In such a case you'll be given a partial refund in the appropriate amount depending on how many caps you give us back.
Exchange Policy
Changed your mind on what color / style you want? Want to replace it with something else? No problem, just ship it back to us (unused) and we'll ship you the one you want. You pay the shipping.
